What We Don't Do

- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.
- We do not set marketing or tracking cookies.
- We do not build profiles of our visitors.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary first-party cookies that are required for the site to work — for example, a session cookie used by the contact form to protect against cross-site request forgery, and a preference cookie that remembers your choices. These cookies stay on your device, are never sent to anyone else, and contain no personal information.
Embedded Content
Some pages embed videos hosted on YouTube. When you play one of these videos, YouTube may collect data about you according to its own privacy policy. We have no control over what YouTube does with that data. If you don't want YouTube to receive any data, simply don't play the embedded videos.
Server Logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting purposes. These logs are not used to track or profile visitors and are rotated automatically.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since the only data we hold is contact form messages you've sent us, this just means asking us to delete your message. Email us at info@mixphones.net and we'll do it.
Data Retention
We keep contact form messages only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry. Once a conversation is complete, we delete it.

If anything material changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
